matar paneer: items needed . matar (peas) , paneer , onions, ginger , garlic , tomato , garam masala, redchilli powder ,turmuric powder, coriander leaves, sailt , water and a pan
1. place a pan over the gas stove and heat the oil first 2.put some onions (2) and saute it till it turns in to a light golden brown 3. after that add some ginger garlic paste with to it and saute it well till the flavour comes out 4. add some tomatoes 1or 2 and saute it till changes into a mushy add turmeric powder 1\4 teaspoon , redchilli powder 1 table spoon and saute it well or stir it well 5. add fresh or frozen matar (peas) to it ( frozen matar will get cooked faster rather than fresh matar) 6. add adequate salt and 1 to 5 cups of wter to it 7. cover it with a lid and matar for 10 to 12 minutes in a low flame check it in a regular intervals of time if water is not get dried up and add water if required 8. in meantime you have to add paneer and cottage chesse to it 9.if the matar is cooked well add crumbled paneer and stir it for 1to 2 minutes and also add some green chillies to it while sauting and also add some kasuri methi and garam masala 10.in the final step you have to garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with naan and rotis
